Paid Performance Marketing Manager
New York, NY / Full-time, On-site
About the role
As our Paid Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, performance, and growth of our paid marketing channels across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while managing budgets, optimising channel performance, and identifying new opportunities to scale the business.
Working closely with the founders and wider marketing team, you'll own the performance marketing roadmap, turning data and customer insights into actionable strategies that improve efficiency, increase return on investment, and support long-term brand growth. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who combines strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is naturally curious, and is eager to learn. If your first instinct is to look at the data, understand what's driving results, and ask why something worked—not just what happened—you'll fit right in with how we think and work.
How We Approach Paid Performance Marketing:
- We make decisions based on data, using it to guide budgets, spending, and optimisation efforts.
- We care about understanding what's working, what's not, and where we can improve performance over time.
- We're a small team that works closely together, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in the quality of our work.
- You'll work closely with the wider team and founders, giving you the opportunity to learn quickly, take ownership, and make meaningful contributions.
