Digital Performance Marketing Coordinator

New York, NY / Full-time, On-site

About the role

As our Digital Performance Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day execution of our paid marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Paid Ads Specialist, you'll be hands-on in the ad accounts — building campaigns, monitoring performance, and keeping our reporting sharp — while the broader strategy, budgets, and channel roadmap sit with the team above you.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on performance marketing experience who wants to keep building deep, practical reps across multiple platforms, and learn how a growing DTC brand approaches paid media.

How We Approach Paid Performance Marketing:

We make decisions based on data, but never at the expense of brand image. We care about understanding what's working, what's not, and where we can improve over time. We're a small team that works closely together, pays close attention to detail, and takes real pride in the quality of our work. You'll work alongside our Marketing Manager and Paid Ads Specialist, giving you the chance to learn quickly, build ownership over time, and grow into a more senior role as you develop.

Responsibilities

CAMPAIGN EXECUTION

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and YouTube as directed by the Paid Ads Specialist.
  • Support new product launches with timely campaign setup, ensuring paid activity is aligned with launch dates and inventory availability.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and flag issues, anomalies, or opportunities as they arise.
  • Cross-reference inventory by location to inform where campaigns and geo-targeting are being pushed, ensuring ad spend lines up with stock availability by region.
  • Implement creative and audience tests as briefed, and track results with a critical eye.
  • Support with landing page and creative asset uploads/testing, ensuring everything is set up correctly and on-brand.

CHANNEL HYGIENE

  • Maintain tracking, catalogue feeds, and platform hygiene to best-practice standards.
  • Keep naming conventions, UTMs, and account organisation clean and consistent.
  • Support the Paid Ads Specialist in troubleshooting tracking and attribution issues.

REPORTING

  • Pull and maintain regular performance reporting (spend, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate) across channels.
  • Compile weekly/monthly performance summaries for the Marketing Manager and Paid Ads Specialist.
  • Highlight trends or standout results in the data — bringing a genuinely analytical eye to what the numbers are showing.

CRM & AFFILIATE SUPPORT

  • Support execution of email/SMS campaigns and segmentation as directed.
  • Help monitor affiliate performance via Rakuten and flag anything worth escalating.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' hands-on experience running or supporting paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google.
  • Strong analytical skills, with genuine attention to detail across campaigns, tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfortable in ads platforms daily — building campaigns, checking performance, making small optimisations under guidance.
  • Solid Google Sheets skills; able to pull and organise data cleanly and spot what matters in it.
  • Understanding of core e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate) — you don't need to set targets, but you need to read and interpret them well.
  • A solutions-driven mindset — someone who flags problems with a fix in mind, not just a flag.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, fast-moving, agile environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable with recurring reporting tasks.
  • Proactive communicator, comfortable raising issues early rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Naturally curious about performance marketing, with a desire to test, learn, and grow into a more senior paid ads role over time.
