Flagship Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for Retail Sales Associates to join the team at our Soho flagship. In this role, you'll represent With Jéan by providing exceptional customer service, delivering personalised styling support, driving sales, and confidently sharing product knowledge. You'll help shape the in-store experience and contribute to a welcoming, elevated, and high-energy environment that reflects our brand.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of With Jéan's only physical retail presence and play a key role in how our community experiences the brand in person.

Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, valued, and connected to the brand
• Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations
• Build genuine customer relationships that drive sales and encourage repeat visits
• Confidently communicate brand and product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, collections, and styling suggestions
• Assist customers with inquiries, sizing, product information, and general support
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure a seamless experience

Store Presentation & Operations

• Maintain the visual standards of the store, ensuring the space consistently reflects the With Jéan aesthetic
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organisation
• Support visual merchandising updates and in-store product presentation
• Ensure fitting rooms, shop floor, and back-of-house areas remain clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times
• Assist with general day-to-day store operations as required

Team & Culture

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
• Take initiative and assist wherever needed to support the overall success of the store
• Represent the With Jéan brand with professionalism and authenticity

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, hospitality, or client-facing experience
• Based in New York City
• Available to work a minimum of 3–4 days per week, including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for customer experience, fashion, and styling
• Professional, confident, and personable
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others
• Positive, energetic, and eager to learn
