The Jéanius Club is our way of celebrating you, designed to reward our community. As a member, you’ll collect points with every purchase and unlock little extras along the way, from insider access to birthday surprises.
To join, go to the Jéanius Club page online. Already shopped with us? You’ll still need to create an account to start earning rewards as part of the Jéanius Club.
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent online or in-store at 43 Wooster St, New York, NY, 10013.
Points are added to your account once your order is paid. Points are based on the base currency price of your order, not the converted price shown at checkout.
Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a $49.95 purchase earns 49 points. If a purchase is fully refunded, the same number of points earned will be deducted from your account.

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, plus a $40 welcome reward, $50 birthday reward, and $100 VIP member reward. Enjoy exclusive Jéanius member offers, double points days, and early access to sales*.
- 500 points = $10 reward
- 900 points = $20 reward
- 1,400 points = $30 reward
- 2,000 points = $50 reward
Note: Points cannot be combined for a single, larger redemption. For example, if you have 2,500 points, you could choose a $50 reward or a $10 reward, but not a $60 reward at checkout. Each redemption must match the points required for that specific reward.
Throughout the year, you’ll receive a few little extras from us:
Welcome reward: sent shortly after joining, with a minimum spend of $150 and valid for two weeks.
Birthday reward: sent two weeks before your birthday, with a minimum spend of $200 and valid for one month.
VIP Member reward: sent shortly after you complete your first purchase in Tier 3 and Tier 4 anniversary, with a minimum spend of $200 and valid for one month.
As a Jéanius Club Member, you’ll have access to special perks for our nearest and dearest. On double points days, you’ll earn 2 points for every $1 spent, helping you reach rewards even faster. You’ll also receive Jéanius Club only exclusive offers, including members only rewards and special promotions. Plus, you’ll get early access to sales*, so you can shop your favorite styles before they’re available to everyone else.
Points are only earned on purchases made after you join the Jeanius Club.
However, to determine your tier status, we'll take into account any purchases you've made since the launch of the Jeanius Club on 21 April 2026, even if those purchases were made before you joined.
Your tier is based on what you’ve spent with us over the last 12-months. As you move through tiers, you’ll unlock additional perks and rewards.
Log into your account to view your tier, progress bar, and points dashboard. At checkout, use the slider above your cart total to select how many points you’d like to apply, then click “Apply.”

Once you reach a tier, you’ll maintain that status for 12 months from the date you achieve it.
At the end of that 12-month period, we’ll review your rolling spend. If you’ve met the required spend, your tier will be maintained or upgraded. If not, you’ll move to the tier that reflects your current rolling 12-month spend.
If an item is refunded, points earned from that item will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed points for a reward on a refunded item, those points will be credited back to your account.
Please note that welcome, birthday, and VIP member rewards are considered used once applied to a completed order and cannot be refunded.
