NYC POP UP RETURNS
All purchases made in-store at our NYC Pop Up Store at 33 Howard St, New York will be eligible for in-store exchange or for store/online credit only. All returns must be processed in-store and will not be processed online or via our website or customer service team.
No refunds will be accepted unless an item is deemed faulty by a member of our in-store team.
We will not accept online orders in-store to be processed for return or exchange. All online orders must be processed via our website.
We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. We are more than happy to accept your return if you change your mind within 21 days of receiving your garment. However, the items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached to receive a store credit or refund if purchased at full price. We cannot accept a return for garments that have been worn, washed or altered in any way as it will be refused. Please also take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours. If you have received a faulty, damaged or an incorrect order, please reach out to us here and we will be happy to further assist you. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns outside of our 21 day return policy. We do not accept returns on items if they are not returned in original condition. If you return your products and they have been worn or damaged, you will be invoiced for your return shipping fee and the goods will be returned back to you. Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Store Credits are non-refundable.
We will open an investigation into any faulty products before they are returned. If your items are deemed not faulty we will not accept a return. Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
Please ensure that you use a trackable, insured service if you are outside of the US and package the products appropriately as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We reserve the right to change/remove our return policy at any time. Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by With Jéan’s return policy above.
HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
We will be extending our returns timeframe during the holiday period! All orders placed from December 15th onwards will have until January 10th to request your return.
There will be delays in processing any returns received from December 24th 2021 - January 4th 2022 as we take some time off over the holiday period.
SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS
Sale items are final and not eligible for return, store credit, exchange or refund.
Swimwear bottoms are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons. All other swimwear must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with swing tags in place. Due to health regulations, garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
Earrings are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons, all other items are eligible for return under our terms and conditions.
Caps are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons, all other items are eligible for return under our terms and conditions.
FAULTY AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us here within 21 days of purchase so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. With Jéan reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund or store credit. COST OF RETURNS
A flat fee of $40 will be charged to U.S customers. This fee will not be reimbursed. All other customers are responsible for organising a return shipping label at their own cost, please email our returns team for details.
Please ensure you include your returns form and packing slip in your parcel otherwise, we will not be able to identify your return. Attach your return label to the parcel where it is clear and unobstructed. Ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. We highly recommend using the original packaging your product arrived in.

Your item/s will be considered returned once we receive it at With Jéan. They will be assessed and processed for a store credit or refund. We process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items, we will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Refunds will be returned to the account or payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to appear in your account.
