PROCESSING TIME

CANCELLATION POLICY

We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.


PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items are reserved exclusively for you and charged at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are listed on product pages, but are subject to change. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship when the pre-order arrives.


SPLIT DELIVERIES
We don’t offer split shipping by default, but in some cases may split orders due to stock limitations.


RESPONSIBILITY 
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, address issues, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. For delivery concerns, contact the courier directly.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For countries outside the US:

  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping country.
  • Some regions offer Delivery Duty Paid (you pay at checkout) or Delivery Duty Unpaid (you pay on delivery).
  • If duties/taxes are unpaid, some couriers may hold your parcel until payment is made.

With Jéan is sold exclusively via this website. We are not affiliated with rental or third-party sites. Commercial resale or hire of our garments is a breach of our terms. Orders placed by rental businesses will be canceled.
