Returns

ONLINE RETURNS 

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving an online order or within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept returns on items that have incurred marks, stains, makeup residue or odours. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details before returning your parcel.

  • Full-priced items may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.
  • Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event (e.g. BLACKFRIDAY, BOXINGDAY, EOFY, etc.) may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit or refund.
  • Swimwear bottoms, undergarments, jewellery, tote/cosmo bags, playing cards and caps are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Online orders must be returned through our online returns portal only within the 14-day return window.
  • In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store only and cannot be processed online or by our customer service team.

EXCHANGES U.S ORDERS ONLY
We currently offer exchanges for direct size swaps of the same item only. Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed and you’ll receive an email confirmation with your new order number. If your requested size is unavailable at the time your return is processed, a store credit will be issued instead. Please note that store credits are non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving an online order or within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and store credits are non-refundable. 

All faulty item claims are reviewed before a return is approved. If an item is not deemed faulty, the return will not be accepted. Due to the popularity of our range, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders where we identify unreasonable or excessive return activity, including returns for content creation or professional use. 

For returns from outside the U.S, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. With Jéan reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected.

FAULTY AND INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not considered faulty. With Jéan reserves the right to determine a genuine manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you will be offered a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

COST OF RETURNS
For U.S. customers, a flat return fee of $14 for refunds and $7 for exchanges will apply. These fees are non-refundable. All other customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please email our returns team for further details. 

Please include your packing slip in your return parcel so we can correctly process your return. Attach your return label securely to the outside of the parcel, ensuring it is clearly visible and unobstructed. Items must be returned with due care and in their original condition. We strongly recommend using the original packaging your order arrived in.

RETURNS TIMELINE
Items are considered returned once they are delivered to our facilities. Our team will carefully review your return and process it as a store credit, exchange, or refund in line with our returns policy. We aim to process all returns within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
