Our delivery partners have experienced delays and high volumes during 2021 and will continue to do so throughout the busy holiday period, please place your orders early to ensure they are received in time for Christmas!

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional periods we can often have small delays.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. With Jéan can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. The charges will be responsible to be paid for by the customer and if refused, a small fee will be incurred.

Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
